Anyone found a good way to add additional tie-down anchors in the bed?

The GM accessory tie down kit works great.

I have these Bull Ring Tie Down Anchors in my truck bed and they work really well for me. My only regret is getting 6 of them instead of 9. If you want more tiedowns on the bottom, I recommend L Tracks or the DECKD system with the L Tracks (Pictured)

Install is really straight forward. I used the pick to pull the plastic covers out, nothing you couldn't do by hand or with a flat head. I threadlocker everything by default at his point haha.

I would use plastic, maybe trim tool, to remove caps to not scratch paint.

I had retractable tie downs like the link, but frankly do not feel the retractable feature was necessary in retrospect.

I have the retractble ones, and the ones I never use I put some clear caulk on them so they do not rattle, that is "if" they do rattle as some people said they could hear them

Same here and totally satisfied. I tow a small fifth wheel Scamp camper so a tonneau cover is not an option for bed protection. These have worked well with cable locks to secure MFC/MWC cans, hi-lift, cooler, genset etc. from theft.

Never heard my retractable bull rings rattle. On the other hand, I do have a lot of loose marbles in my head, so hard to tell the difference.

No rattle on mine. Snug as a bug.

Why not just use L Track ? Then you can use whatever cargo strap you want, plus the 3/8" bolts, and tons of other stuff designed for it.
