For the 6 speed, the manual recommends dexron 6
I see folks using mobil 1 LV HP here

Then there's the dealer delco stuff
At 40k miles, I'm begining to feel some " chugging" / vibration in 6th around 45 mph . I know the 6 speed isn't "supposed" to have the shudder
Since I'm tuned, I don't know if I should even bother visiting the dealer
