Transfer Case fluid

Does anyone know what DexronVI comes in the transfer case, Mineral base or synthetic?

On my 2018, the manual calls for DexronVI, does not specify, so figured it was probably mineral based? Wanting to change mine I ordered 4 quarts online since I couldn't find it local (I know I only need 2 quarts) So ordered 10-9394 88865601 which is mineral base, but they sent me10-9243 88865549 which is full synthetic?

The quarts I ordered were about 5.00 each on Amazon, but what they sent me is listed at 14.00 a quart on there site? Just didn't know if there be an issue with seals, using a synthetic, if it came with mineral base? Just hate to go through the hassle of sending a 20.00 order back, Thanks

I did a search and it seems everyone that has posted put the synthetic in. GM does not say and I cannot find where any one talked to GM about it...

Similar to the Dexron VI fluid in the automatic transmissions. GM told me that factory fill is Non Synthetic Dexron VI, but either can be used. I contacted the Wentzville Plant about the transmission, and that was their response.
Cool, if you got Synthetic for the price of regular.
