Pretty sure they are AC Delco Iridium. They are a good choice.

I think they started using iridiums in 2008 or 2009. But you can replace the originals with the iridiums.

The 2005 Owner's manual specified spark plug part number 12569190 (ACDelco 41-981. GM has since discontinued that plug and the replacement recommended is ACDelco 41-103, which as Greg mentioned, is an iridium plug.

 

I know you haven't asked, but FYI: if you do purchase Iridium Plugs, do not gap them. You risk damaging the coating on the electrode.
