New to GM from Ford. Really want to get rid of a few things in my new Canyon. Triple horn alert when leaving truck running and key is with me, passenger buckle to shift lockout, etc…. I have the OBD Bluetooth hardware plug-in but am not seeing the software needed to purchase to control module settings. Anyone aware of the Forscan equivalent for GM? Did I miss a previous thread discussion?

GM keeps everything pretty lock and key, there is no software like forscan for GM. However the horn chirps and lockout are allegedly turned off through the regular vehicle menu. I have the alert shut off in my 2500 for the key not in vehicle.

That is all done in the vehicle settings menu. GM’s don’t need foreskin to work! Lol

While it doesn't bother me (the remote removed from vehicle does, so I turned that off), here's the info on Forward Collision Alert, straight from the manual.

FCA can be disabled. To view available settings from the infotainment screen, touch Settings > Vehicle > Collision/Detection Systems.

The Collision Alert control is on the steering wheel. Press TheButtonOnSteeringWheel-ScreenshotBelow to set the FCA timing to Far, Medium, or Near. The first button press shows the current setting on the DIC. Additional button presses will change this setting. The chosen setting will remain until it is changed and will affect the timing of both the Collision Alert and the Tailgating Alert features. The timing of both alerts will vary based on vehicle speed. The faster the vehicle speed, the farther away the alert will occur. Consider traffic and weather conditions when selecting the alert timing. The range of selectable alert timings may not be appropriate for all drivers and driving conditions. If your vehicle is equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), changing the FCA timing setting automatically changes the following gap setting (Far, Medium, or Near).

Edit to add: I am not recommending you turn off FCA. Especially if you live and drive in the Pac Northwest and find yourself behind a 2023 Canyon! :)
