if it's like the 2020 and below, i think you should be able to install tow hooks without removing the whole bumper...

 

Nothing has changed from 2015 up to today for the standard Colorado....... not sure how the bumper comes off on the ZR 2 but, it cant be much different in my opinion.

 

ZR2 is the same except there are 2 brackets that support the middle of the grill that are a pain to get to.

 

Any one know if we can get to the front bumper cover good enough to get a bolt in from underneath with the skip plate off. Trying not to be pulling the whole front end off. I want to mount some 2x5 rigid sq pros with out toooooo much trouble. 2021 ZR2
