I'm not going to get into the line by line dealer drama. Only to say say the GM service departments in my area are low rent and don't want to fix anything.

Drivers window control still not working correctly since purchase (won't go all the way back up and goes back down on its own sometimes). Dealer jacks me around so much Ill probably just wait until it dies completely.

Both rear shocks blown after 20-30k miles. No off road driving??

Transfer case still seeping heavily since purchase.

Fan clutch relay died at 65k ish. Missed diagnosed as fan clutch and sent out of the service drive without being fixed requiring immediate return to dealer.

Right front wheel hub needed replacement at 70k

Rear diff bearings needed to be replaced at 80k.

GM is afraid to service the transmission had to go someplace else.

Other than all that... Just waiting for the next thing to break and still driving it.

Simple, change dealers. Some are great, some are a waste. Any GM dealer, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, etc. They can all handle your problems.

I would have to imagine that if you are in the Los Angeles County area that you would be able to find another GM dealer easily.
