I've been flipping through posts, sorry if I missed it but are these available or is there anywhere I can buy a relocation bracket? Thanks
Phil
Dan at Wheelers offroad may be able to help.
Icon sells them separately and a few other started as well. It comes with a few of the lift kits, Icons and one leveler kit oddly enough.

i bought the 2.5" lift from auto springs and put on 285/70/17 terra grappler g2's. i got my truck back from the shop saturday and told them to make sure the tires weren't rubbing. however, they do when i make sharp turns like u-turns. i drove my truck around in an empty lot and would make my tires rub then park and go underneath the truck to see where it was happening. i took some pictures of it, the left side was worse then the right. i was wondering if either bump stops or wheel spacers would do the trick? i'm not looking into buying new wheels just yet
I wasn't able to look at any of your pics 'cuz it wanted me to save 'em first.
If your rubbing is confined to the front part of your wheel well(s), it's a super easy fix.
Just look behind the indoor/outdoor carpeting and you'll see some plastic honeycomb.
Cut back as much as you need to, then reattach the carpeting.
Since you're running a really deep offset, I doubt you'll also need to trim the plastic bumper wrap-around, but if need-be, that's also really easy.
As far as the leveling kit you bought, he's my favorite. I checked a lot of 'em out when I went to level my F150(back in '12), and found Auto Spring to make really stout components. On this truck, he's the only one(that I've seen anyway) that drops the diff with his 2.5" kit, so you don't chew up bushings and the like prematurely.
The guy engineers and manufacturers his stuff right.

Inner fender mod. gained over 5/8 clearance from original. I am looking into a sway bar relocation bracket like Toyota uses moves it 1 inch forward. this will clear tire.I am not sure if the bolt hole distance is the same or close. i do not have a Toyota to measure. Dodge uses a drop relocation bracket on their 2.5 inch lift.

Can you please explain exactly what you did after trimming the egg crate? I'm having a hard time understanding exactly what you did to relocate torx clips from pictures alone. Thanks for your help!

That tire is just plane too big. 275/70-17 will work. I tried the same thing with the same lift. I did do some mods to the inner fender and it still didn't work. had to go with the 275/70.

Sorry to rejuvenate an old thread. I just did this on my 2017. Running 255/75-17s with 1.5" spacers (temporarily to see what offset i want to go with later). no rubbing without the spacers but the tires hit the fender liner when turning in at full lock.
I trimmed just like in this post. you can relocate the torx clips to the second rib in, which is now the outer most rib. I marked the hole locations with a sharpie and drilled new holes. There was no where to mount the center clip, i don't know how others have mounted that one. you could probably put a small L bracket, but the two outer screws hold the fender liner just fine. no more rubbing!

Any spacer 1.25" or less will require you to trim the nubs off the end of your lugs. I have 1.5 and no trimming on the lugs required.

dangit. I'm still rubbing. at about half a steering wheel turn the tires rub at the back of the wheel well where the pinchweld at the bottom of the body hangs down. It's covered in that plastic cap that goes under the bottom of the rocker, just in front of the door. I'll go searching for a thread on that. looks like i can cut the offending part off the front of it and/or bend back the pinch weld just at the front.

33.2" tire in our square fenders is tight.
There is some threads with details and pics of cutting the pinch weld.

I also just saw the AEV 33" fit kit. It's for the zr2 and bison. but it gives ideas. i think we can solve it on our non-zr2s with L brackets and a bit more careful cutting of what AEV calls the 'spat'.

I realized i typo'd above. I'm on 255/75-17s, about 32.1"

damnit. also, i just saw this other thread showing how you can move the waffle baffle forward by simply drilling new holes in the bottom of the bumper cover. 🤦‍♂️ d'oh! oh well, they work. I could always get new baffles if it doesn't work long-term.

Just cut the bumper and delete the waffles. Fold the fender liner forward and secure with self tappers. I think this can only be done on the Canyon though. The front bumper is different on my Colorado. The fogs sit higher on the Canyon giving more room for clearance than the Colorado. I'm on a 2.5" front and 1" rear lift with 31.6's and room for 32's easily.

You do realize square or trapezoid wheel wells have more room than circle one's right?

Much easier to put a 33" tire in a round 35" opening than a 33" tire in a square 33"

That has nothing to do with the shape of the opening. It's also easier to put a 33" tire into a 35" square..... You're assuming the sqaure wheel well some how will have a smaller horizontal opening than the diameter of the circle wheel well. You have to compare them equally.....

Here's my album on trimming for 33's. Notes from both my Canyon and ZR2.

It's possible the AEV kit (which makes this easier for ZR2) would work for other twins. That rear wheel well area is exactly the same but for stock fender flares on the ZR2.

Nice album and notes. this is exactly what i stumbled upon to get my 32s to clear with 1" leveling kit and 1.5" spacers. ironically one side rubbed a LOT and the other side barely did. but i trimmed like this to clear possible 33s later.

cut once, shame on you. cut me again and well... oh wait ;)

Do you happen to have any pictures for what you attached the liner to? Also was there a line that you followed for the bumper cut? I am trying to wrap my head around it as its perfect for what I was wanting to do.
