Gotta ask, why have GMC and Chevy? They are the same only some decals and badging. Wouldn't it be easier to focus on just One of them?

GMC and Chevy, while they tend to be mechanically identical (or close to identical), the differences are more than just decals and badging. GMC is basically the luxury version of Chevy and comes with higher end options and aesthetics, both exterior and interior.
From a business perspective, if people are willing to buy them, I would keep making them.
