I have had an issue with the truck vibrating around 55-70 mph. I had to go through 2 sets of the same general tires and still vibrating. Well the vibration is gone today finally. The 3rd set of general tires are a redesign tire from the manufacture. I have noticed driving on the interstate the truck doesnt upshift like before. Its like every hill it would upshift. The tires were so out of round it made the truck not fun to drive. Well im glad they fixed the issue. If any of you are experiencing this, please tell your dealership not to get the general tires from their warehouse, only from the manufacture. The tires from the warehouse are probably out of round and any tire that is out there from general(same type of tire) is probably crap as well. If you would like to call my dealer here is the number 636-239-6777. Hope this helps you.

I have that problem. I am getting mine replaced hopefully Friday. I will tell them. I went in once and they were likes its the suspension, its the Z71, its stiff. I said THANKS, I know the suspension is stiff, thats why I bought it, but its not fun to drive b/c of the vibrations. Then I go back and ask again and they said yeah we got a few other people with the same problem and replaced the tires. Friday It will be done along with my CEL prob, vibrating at idle, BSM's, and cab noise.

Well I think that is why the low sales. Its ashamed the dealers and GM knew this was a problem and still let us buy and then fix it after driving it. They should have replaced the tires on our trucks before we purchased them. The next vehicle, I will drive it on the highway before I buy it(I know, stupid). Im glad its fixed, man what a great truck. I think the reason why it upshifted too much(up hills) was because of the tires vibrating. It was like the truck was trying harder to work because of the vibration. Now it is very smooth at all speeds. When you stomp on the peddle at 65/70, this truck moves(What a mean engine growl). Very impressive for a 4x4. I can now enjoy it, finally. Hope everyone gets this fixed. Also anyone thinking about buying one, drive it on the highway and if it vibrates, have the dealer fix it before you buy it. You will not be wrong buying this truck. Minor issues for a new design. Just annoying. Later JasZ71

So is it a bulletin? I took mine back to the dealer right off the bat in April with the vibration. They re-balanced the tires and gave me the truck back. It still had the vibration.

Does that mean I can take it back to a dealer and force them to put new tires on.

I suspected the tires all along. I'm not one to keep tires
very long anyway, so I replaced them at 15,000.

My PRO Comp Mud Terrains run better at 65-85 than
the crappy generals ever did. I bet BFG AT's are a dream on this truck.

Just got off the phone with the dealer. They said there is no bulletin yet, only a PI. What ever that is. They couldnt release that info. So just tell them whats going on with it....AGAIN and let them know there is a PI on it. If your dealer wont fix it, their are other dealers that will. I hope this helps. Later JasZ71
