Stuck Steering Column

Steering column on my 2016 Z71 is stuck. It won’t tilt or telescope. Has anyone else had this problem?

Does the Lever underneath it Unlock?

No. It moves but it doesn’t unlock the column.

Thanks…the info convinces me that something is broken inside and I probably don’t want to tackle it myself. Might have a dealer look at it.

I set mine once and never moved it, I do know the lever was real hard to release.
