Welcome to the forums ! I am very impressed with your attention to detail ! It is a new truck, and good on you for looking at it so closely. That is pretty normal though.

Those spots on the frame look like they are the lift/jack points... it is going to have some surface rust there but the frame is electrodeposition coated (e-coated) and has proven very resistant to rust/corrosion for our Canadian/US Salt Belt members.

That coating is not like paint; rust really doesn't get under it and flake away like a 90s square body door. Where the e-coating is scraped away, it will surface rust but that looks pretty normal to me.

Thanks I get ocd with inspecting I didn’t look as hard when I first got it bc I didn’t know what to look for, I had went back at old forums just a minute ago and did see something similar. That’s good to know it’s probably nothing to worry about but is there anything I can do to help prevent or stop anything from happening rust wise?

It is probably from when it was put on a lift at the Dealership for Pre Deliver Inspection. Like @ARCowboy mentioned.
The Frames are Coated and stand up very well

That's what the dealer told my friend with his Toyota when he complained about the rust starting to appear! :D
He religiously kept it maintained and spotless, washed it once or twice a week, including the frame.
He was one of the first to get a new frame when it wouldn't pass Pa state inspection.
It took them 6 weeks to change it out, which after a couple years of the mechanics doing them full time, they were doing them considerably faster!

Then, after several years of once again, meticulously keeping the frame and truck spotless, the truck wouldn't pass the annual inspection for a second time because of holes in the frame.
Which when he informed Toyota about getting a second new frame, they laughed and told him, no way!
He traded it in on a Silverado.

Pretty normal. It happens between shipping, sitting in lots, etc. My F150 was much worse.

That thing will probably outlast you, but if it bothers you just wipe it down or hit it with a wire wheel then spray some black Rustolium Rust Converter on it.
