This is probably my most used feature, to be honest. Back in the day, I had my VW coded to do this (as part of a tune). That was like 20 years ago. I've missed it ever since.

 

I'd rather just remote start the truck and get the AC going ASAP, so that its cool by the time I get in.

I live in 110 degree Texas, where we also have humidity. Not a "dry" heat.

 

Yep, not very useful in Southern summers. A/C is the only way.

 

I was really hoping I had that feature on my Silverado, but unless I need to change a setting in the preferences, not there.

 

This must be new for the 2023 Gen IIIs as it does not work on my 2021 Z71.

 

Doesn't work on my 2023 Trail Boss

 

I can turn it on and off on my Denali Going through the settings screen.

1) Settings
2) Vehicle
3) Remote lock, Unlock and Start
4) Remote window operation

Maybe not all trims have it?

 

I do not have them setting in the Trail Boss
