Help... Fuel Pump Relay?

Hello all, I am doing a compression test and am not sure exactly about this, instructions say to remove the fuel pump relay, and just not sure here? Excuse if dumb question, but I removed fuse, just not sure if that's what is meant by relay of it's more, please help?
