I have a 2021 Zr2 Bison with about 2500 miles on it. It runs great but I have noticed a high pitched chirp at idle when the motor is hot or cold. I though it could have been the climate control but after turning it off the noise is still there. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Thank you.

Probably belt noise.

If that doesn't work and it does it pretty consistently make the dealer fix it for free under warranty.
Brand new belts don't usually make noise but you never know. Either way the water won't fix it permanently so it would need a new belt at the very least.

Wouldn’t hurt to inspect both out edges of the belt to see if you can see any unusual wear signs due to an alignment problem. Won’t see much at 2,000 miles but would show a scuff mark on the edge.

Had a fuel pump that did this in my last car- a Scion FR-S. it was replaced under warranty by Toyota. they called it the crickets noise on the forum for that car. Lots of people had that noise on that car is sounded like metal on metal squeak like an old mattress in an old movie.

i had been noticing a "chirp " noise coming from the front of engine when at idle. i have a 2019 with the 3.6 gas engine 33,900 miles. the truck had to warm up a bit before it started doing it. i started the truck and watched the belt and pulleys but could not pin down what was making the noise. i took it to the dealership where i purchased the truck new. they called me within an hour to let me know it was the water pump. sure enough, new water pump did the trick. the problem was, that due to the UAW strike, it took 3 weeks to get the part. it was fully covered by my drive train warranty.... i wonder if a water pump lubricant could be added to the coolant ??? they also replaced the belt....
