No front sensors, just a camera in the grill.

No, there are only rear park assist sensors. The forward-facing sensors are largely in the windshield but there's also radar behind the front grille. Whether or not a bull bar will block the radar depends on the bull bar height/position and if it will end up blocking it.

 

Never heard of a front "radar", just sensor duties run by the front camera at the top of the winshield.
No other sensors in the bumper like other vehicles.
The grill camera ( if equiped ) is only a camera, does not operate anything for distance/ stopping etc.
My bullbar (GM) frames my grill camera when used.
