Anyone running the Apex Rapid Precision Valves quick air down valves? Seems a like a good option to air down quick (5-10s per tire) Am curious if anyone using them had issues with the TPMS systems on the twins and in particular if anyone with a Gen 3 Bison has installed them. They say not compatible with AEV wheels on the site but the OE Bison wheels are not actually AEV wheels.

I measured my Bison wheels and will definitely need the XL valves. Have them on order will try to install them when I get my truck back from the Tint/PPF shop in 2 weeks. If they install with no issue I will be curious to see if the Air Down mode will still work. Would be great if the air down mode reacts quick enough to keep up with these stems. Means I could air down all 4 with no tools start to finish in about a minute.

So went to install the Apex XL RPV valve stems on my Bison wheels today and turns out the barrel is too thick in the area even for the XLs. Was not able to properly seat the valve stems or get more than a single thread holding the TPMS nut on. Have notified Apex and will be replacing them with their RCV rapid connect valves . They take about 4x as long to deflate but start to finish since you can do multiple tires at once it's only about 2 min instead of 1 min. I also think these are slow enough that they will work with the "Air Down Mode" I doubt that the RPV valves would have since the TPMS sensors don't react quick enough. Other good news is they are $55 cheaper and don't require replacing the valve stems.
