Does any of the aftermarket seat covers for the Front only? I have an extended cab with rear seat delete and have no use for the rear covers. Not looking for cloth covers.

I've been shopping for leatherette seat covers for my '15 Canyon and on most (if not, all) sites I've visited sell the fronts as their introductory price.
The rear seats are usually an additional $270-$300 on top of the initial asking price. I also have to add the vehicles rear 60/40 seat configuration before I can add it to my cart.

What kind of cover? I've got some neoprene front covers that are fantastic, we get in the truck sweaty and dirty from motocross, fishing, etc.. and these things are waterproof and keep the seats clean. When they get funky just toss them in the wash on gentle and let them air dry overnight. The brand I got isn't available anymore, but this looks like the same thing with a different name on it:

I don't consider Neoprene to be cloth so I recommend CoverKing's genuine neoprene seat covers. You can order just front, or just rear, or both. I went with both. They're thick neoprene, durable, waterproof, easily cleaned, and add a bit of soft cushion to the seats (I always thought the seats were comfortable, but just a bit more with the CoverKings). They also look really good IMO. WetOkole is also right up there with them. Coverking was on sale when I was looking.

Bone dry underneath the covers, despite being scrubbed with shampoo water and sprayed twice with the biessel. Can see the water on the seat edge and the darkened color; it wasn't a little bit of water and none of it made it through.

Absolutely filthy:

Cleaned up real nice:

Researching the Wet Okole covers too before deciding. They are about $60 more.

I appreciate all of the input!

Do you know if the front seats on an LT have Air Bags in them and 1 or 2 in each seat? That is one question they ask for the order and I really do not know.

We do have seat bags as standard. And it looks like we have just one in each seat. Part #4.

  • Air bags: six dual-stage air bags are standard, including:
    • Two frontal air bags work with the safety belt system to reduce the risk of injury to the driver and right front passenger if involved in an impact
    • Two head curtain air bags provide additional occupant protection for front and rear outboard passengers in side impacts
    • Two seat-mounted air bags provide additional occupant protection for front and rear outboard passengers in side impacts
    • The air bags are of the dual-stage nature, which enables them to reduce the risk of an airbag-related injury in low-severity crashes when full force of airbag may not be necessary

The Black/Charcoal looks real good in your truck.

Thanks ! Looking forward to seeing what color(s) you put in your truck, when you decide on a vendor and purchase.

I have researched many brands and have some color swatches coming from one of them. The only brand I have ruled out is the Carhartt covers. Every picture I have ever seen of them just look like they do not fit very tight. Look bulky at the edges.

I put a couple of small scratches in my drivers seat and decided on a seat cover. I did not care for anything I saw online. I ended up with a quality sheep skin cover, improved overall comfort, heated seats still work as before.

We just bought a 2018 Canyon extended cab, and after looking at what seems like hundreds of seat covers, we went with these from Amazon, about $100 (front only). We tried another brand at $150, but the piping came in closer to the middle of the seat, which you might eventually feel underneath. These look really red in the photo, but they're actually a nice wine red, and the black is a muted tone that really matches the interior. The only drawback is that they're about one inch wider than optimal, but you don't notice it. And, the headrest holes don't line up with the posts really well, but we/re going headrest-less for awhile :) Overall, great construction, fit, etc. We'll see how they wear. And the big question is, with all of these types of covers, is whether the seams and piping will break down the cloth seats underneath - time will tell. Also got a cushion from Amazon that really alleviates that bad tilt in the bottom cushion, going to try putting that actually underneath the seat covers.

PUT THE "HEAD RESTS" BACK IN! Sorry for shouting, but these aren't really head rests, they are there to prevent you from snapping your neck should you be hit from behind. They are an important safety device!

Can someone with the neoprene covers testify to how the seat heaters work with the covers? I know my thin neoprene can kozzies are much superior insulaters over the foam ones. I would like the neoprene but not at risk of losing my seat heater effectiveness.

Did you know the bottom tilt in the bottom seat cushion has an adjustment. Twisting the knob tilts the rear of the cushion forward/up.

notice that right after I bought my truck, maybe some do not know is why they complain thatthey areuncomfortable

when installing neoprene or leather covers or any tight fitting covers, put a garbage bag over the seat and the cover will slide on, then pull the garbage bag out, there are videos on how to do it..works great for head rest too

I complained about being uncomfortable until about a month ago it would tilt forward. Much easier on the hip now.

Put these on my truck the other day, nice covers that wear well.. I had the same covers on my 2015 Sierra and they held up great...
They are Kryptek Ballistic series covers (Highlander) made by Cover King bought direct from The Kryptek Camo website though (way better price)...
Hard to tell from the pic but the color goes good with the cocoa/dark atmosphere interior.....
