The front flares are different on the 2021's, for the 2015-2020 use P/N 84059964. short and long bed are the same

Yes the ZR2 is different , not interchangeable

If anyone ever finds fender flares that resemble the ZR2 flares, but fit a non-ZR2 (i.e. the front ones continue further down the wheel well), please let me know! Thanks! BTW anyone ever put the ZR2 ones on the back, but the OEM non-ZR2 ones on the front? If so, would love to see pics of how much different they look.

The OEM flares don't get anywhere near the gas door on the short bed. If you're talking about the large aftermarket flares, like the AEV ones, then yes, that part would be different (and also looks bad on the short bed because of that, IMO).

Both my front and rear ones were stick AND screw on, just like your video. In the front they used the existing wheel well liner mounts.

Sorry, my wording meant this: Sticks onto front side of fender (outside), requires drilling in back of fender (behind fender), like in the video. Didn't have anything to do with front or rear of truck, but I can see the misunderstanding. Thank you for the clarification.

No worries, just wanted to clarify so someone doesn't forget the screws ... because the 3M tape on mine has come loose in a few spots.

I never got any for my truck. Haven’t looked in a while.
