These look good, are they a simple install or do you have to drill a bunch of holes?

 

Take the part number too your GM parts person and have them check the description.

 

So I went to the dealer and he said it’s a chev part not a GMC number, so very unlikely it will fit a 21 canyon.

Do you have photos? I just purchased a 2021 Canyon and would like to order the flares if they fit.

My GMC dealer ordered them for my 2021 Canyon and they will be installed Monday. I will post pics.

 

22966585, 23288129, 84059964, and now 86777977 all fit both trucks just fine. Ask me how I know ROFL

because the fenders lines never changed. You can even get OEM mud flaps to work and fit over the flares if you own a 1/4" drill bit.

 

Just had the Colorado fender flares part 86777977 installed on my 2021 Canyon. Perfect fit.

 

Are the mud flaps under the fender flares or did they cut the fender flares

 

Sorry if this is a dumb question - are the 2021 flares different somehow than previous generations?

I'm interested in a set of flares for my 2015 Canyon 6' box.

 

The front flares are different on the 2021's, for the 2015-2020 use P/N 84059964. short and long bed are the same

So how much do they flare out from the fender, they look quiet flat from the photo? Could you post a picture parallel to the side of the truck?

If anyone ever finds fender flares that resemble the ZR2 flares, but fit a non-ZR2 (i.e. the front ones continue further down the wheel well), please let me know! Thanks! BTW anyone ever put the ZR2 ones on the back, but the OEM non-ZR2 ones on the front? If so, would love to see pics of how much different they look.

Odd that I cannot find a photo on any GM OEM site, so thank you to those who posted photos here. I also noted that the same part # seems to be available for $295.00 at other wholesale GM sites.

Amazing how difficult it is to confirm this information with no photos... thanks to everyone for the assistance! I've had my Colorado for exactly one week and am anxious to start the build.

 

Prices directly through GM are crazy. Even with the occasional discount code they send me, I can still find the same exact items for less simply by Google searching the model number.

Oh well, I just chatted with Lee at RealTruck and even with the GM Part # and their aftermarket PN, which I had and gave him, he could not find anything. I moved on to APS running boards, which they sell... I gave him the Amazon listing and asked him to try to find it and match it. I gave him the APS PN. Nothing... silence. When I mentioned I was also looking at some of their tonneau covers but wanted some advice, again, silence. My thinking was if I bundle items I might save a few bucks. Now when I was in business if I had someone on the line who was starting in the $250 range and headed toward $1,500+ very quickly I would have at least have found my tongue enough to say, hey I just spilled coffee all over my computer, or crapped my pants, or anything before dead silence. They wonder why Amazon is doing so well.

I've using gmpartsoverstock with pretty good results. Just searched for the that PN 86777977 says available. I like these guys because you can actually speak with someone. No tax. Not too expensive shipping to East Coast. Seems like the SAVE10 discount works or if you leave the items on the card they email it to you. Give them a call to confirm if you are still looking.
