We aren't going to be able to tell you. Install it and see if it lets you start the truck. I'm guessing if anything you'll run into security key issues and maybe need a CASE learn or something.

 

Is there a procedure for install. Like make sure the battery is completely disconnected or order of battery connection; i.e. negative first on or not.

 

yes remove the negative terminal, install ecm, and reconnect. as stated above you may have to do the 30-minute case/key relearn.
