If I bought a 4" front spindle lift for my truck, I know that if i wanted it level that I would have to add back blocks but if i just wanted to add the spindle lift would I be able to run 275/65r18 on my stock Redline Edition rims? I know the tires will clear in the back but I'm just trying to clear them in the front right now

Most spindle lifts require either wheel spacers or wheels with less backspace to clear the new spindle.

The 275 width, along with being 1.5" extra diameter, might rub the frame or sway bar near full lock, but not sucking in the control arms like a spacer lift does, haven't seen a 275/32" dia. done with this setup yet for a definitive answer. I know a 265/65R18 w/+00 offset and 2.7" strut lift will rub front fender liner, but that's an easy fix.

These don't need the extra backspacing like the 4X4 spindles do.

wish it was that easy and cheap
A 4wd does not have spindles like a 2wd truck does. you have the front diff with axles coming out to the wheels, have to do a complete suspension lift for 4 inches of lift, BDS makes a great 4 inch lift
