Windshield top tint?

I am thinking of getting the top 4” or so of the front windshield tinted. I have front driver and passenger windows tinted to match the back (20%). Would have liked to go darker, but that is all that is legal in Ontario, and don’t want any hassles with the cops.
Would probably go with the same %, just to take the edge off the sun shining in.
Has anyone done this? Looking for pictures or like and dislikes.

While not a 3rd gen, I had it done. Makes a big difference in glare in the afternoon. I didn't have the tint line on mine and they went down a little farther than I originally wanted but I'm actually more happy about it. One thing I will note, it is a ceramic based tint and it prevented my ez pass from reading so I had to move it down. I reccomend it highly. (The windshields are about the same between the trucks, I will also note my side tint up front is 35%.)

I had the "eyebrow" limo dark tint on my '18 and thought it really helped in the Texas heat. While I haven't had it done to my new '22, I plan to do so. It does kinda get your attention for the first few weeks, but you get used to it and never notice it. Highly recommended.

I did the sun banner on mine. Not sure if it’s legal or not here in NY, but I’ve had it on all vehicles and never had an issue. Mine is 5%, and I went down about halfway of where the review mirror black surround is, and had it curved on sides. Figured if I went all the way down it would start to take some visibility away since the windshields are fairly slanted and small. I don’t think cops will give you a hassle weither it’s legal or not. If it helps keep the sun out, that means it’s helping with safety of driving lol.

I like it! Helps with the glare off of the crome. The tint looks bigger than it really is. (It's only 8 inches wide.
