$100 is a bit much for a little wire harness, but that tool to remove the connectors is almost worth it by itself. I hate messing with those connectors, I always feel like I'm going to break them.

 

Rather have a no deactivate cylinder thingy

 

drive in L7 around town, it wont kick on. But it will kick on in L8 on the highway. 7th gear sits at 2k rpm at about 63mph so for any speed under that use L7.

 

Following along on this, like like this might be the one. The gotcha on all the other ones is screwing up the remote start. That's a deal killer.

 

I just purchased this for my 2026 ZR2........I absolutely hate the start/stop BS.
Hopefully it works as good as expected.

I was hoping this was something GM was coming out with to help the S/S work all the time, like to eliminate if from stop working.

Only time mine works is after I get back from a long trip on the highway, then only for a day or 2 afterwards.

 

I plugged in a USB cable and a battery pack from the rear plugs and now it never turns off
