I have been using a Weather tech shield for a couple of years now and love it. Yes it was quite pricey but I use it every single day, especially now with all the working from home. I tried several of the cheap ones and they just didn't work well or fit well. When I ordered this on a splurge I was skeptical but was blown away at how nice it fit, it fits like a glove and this makes it easy to install/remove. I also have the side window deflectors and always leave my windows cracked to help vent the heat out.

The other thing to consider is the long term effects of UV on the dash, if a sunshade is used often and the dash is wiped clean with a cleaner it will help it look nicer for longer.
