Reviving an old thread. What was the resolution? I took delivery on a 24 ZR2 yesterday and within 50 miles got the warning. It won't go away and now the dealer has it.

It was the rear locker actuator. It took a few weeks to get the parts but has been fine ever since.

Thank you for the reply. That was the dealers solution, despite trying to place the blame on me for "playing with the buttons" so hopefully it won't take too long.

Just had this pop on my 23 AT4X 23k miles ugh. Did you end up going back in to get the new actuator?

Yes, it took a few days to get the part, and half a day of labor. They have to flush the diff as well.
