I got the streetscene rollpan and was wondering whats better to use bolts or self tapping? I dont think that self tapping would hold for long, but some people said they have used them. Thanks.
How many did your put in, and did you put them in on the sides or just the top?parkerb said:I've had self tappers in for the last 3 years and no problems.
I think I have five or six across the top and I used rivets for the bottom two tabs. You can use screws for the bottom too but I wanted something a little lower profile.20Spencer05 said:How many did your put in, and did you put them in on the sides or just the top?parkerb said:I've had self tappers in for the last 3 years and no problems.
Both generations of the Street Scene pans are urethane. Welding it would be a tad tricky :?JC2K8 said:get it welded to the body n bondo it smooth![]()

WTF? It's a urethane pan. You can't weld urethane ... neither can a professional.JC2K8 said:get it professionally done09gmc said:Both generations of the Street Scene pans are urethane. Welding it would be a tad tricky :?JC2K8 said:get it welded to the body n bondo it smooth![]()
