You could put a cushion on the seat and fold the
seatback part way down so that it wouldn't block
your vision and it wouldn't intrude on puting the
driver seat where you want it.
I removed the tailgate on my Colorado so that
I could see better when backing up. Now the back
looks retro, like.....FINS!
