Radio got stuck on today. No volume adjustment. Turning on/off unit didn’t work (music just kept playing). Connecting/disconnecting CarPlay didn’t change it. I should note the screen still worked normally, it just wasn’t connected to the speakers in any way.
I got home and turned the truck off and was surprised when the music still didn’t stop playing, even after I’d opened and closed the door. I immediately disconnected the negative battery terminal, let it sit for a few minutes, and reconnected. This appears to have fixed the issue for now.
Anyone have any experience with this? The radio has glitched a few times, especially when using CarPlay, but nothing like this….
