Took this one on the 2nd day I owned it, just went for a ride down to Lake Michigan just to drive it. About to roll 2500 miles, and I just plain love the truck. I love taking it on trips on the highway, just so comfortable. Second one is on the lot. It showed up on the GMC locater about 25 miles away, so I went to see it on a Sunday. I drove away, did a U-turn and went back for another look. A week later she was in my garage.

.. kinda regretting ordering mine in black now. I've always heard black is tough to take care of, but this seems a bit more than I want to do. It's scheduled to be built next week and I wonder if I can change it to grey. I just love the way black looks.

If you already have doubts, change it!. Black is for guys that enjoy cleaning their truck. We a strange breed. Most people don't agree, or enjoy it, and I completely understand. I have a black truck and a black boat. I also have tennis elbow and a rotation of clean and dirty micro fiber cloths at all time. I also own stock in eagle 1 and get frequent head shakes from the neighbors. Its just me, and I was born this way so its not my fault.

Got a Zone 1.25 leveling kit sitting next me and some Plastidip and vinyl wrap ready to take care of the chrome window molding. Just gotta find time now to get it all installed with some BFG KO2s 265/65r18s. My Bakflip G2 and Bedrug will be in next week. Got all the toys just no time

I want to see a before and after the dipping of the chrome strip after you do it. I want to see how dramatic it is.
