I have had a P06DE code for a long time, with the "Engine Power Reduced" issue ongoing. I've replaced 3 different solenoids, camshaft position sensors, air valves, oxygen sensors, etc. and none of that has solved the issue. My next attempt is the Oil Pressure Sensor/Sending Unit, however I am having a hell of a time trying to find it. I saw an old post that seemed to find it above the AC compressor on the driver's side behind the wheel well trim piece. I removed the wheel, trim, and looked for a good hour but was unable to locate it.
I have a 2015 2.5L L4 engine and the other post was a V6 so maybe mine's in a different spot, but I've looked and looked but cannot locate anything that looks like the oil sensor. Did the same thing on the passenger side, and did see a similar looking sensor but it had a flat connector not a round connector like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BQBR2S24?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
Can someone point me in the right direction? Photos? a Video?
