hi guys new here and i could use some help. I have a 2006 colorado that im working on. i have no power steering assist after i took off my rack and pinion to reseal my oil pan. I took off the front diff carrier ass. and then i took off the rack and put it to the side. now the rack was sitting out to the side for a day or 2, got busy with other stuff
now after a couple of days i resealed the pan and started to put eveything back on. when i put everything back together i did the usual bleed procedure for air. turned the truck on and i no power assist. i took off my pressure hose at the rack and fluid pumped out as soon car was turned on. then i took off return line and nothing came out. im assuming something is wrong with the rack cuz no fluid came out return line. Is there a way to check the rack off the car. would really appreciate it if you guys could held me out
