Thinking about laying in some filters/fluids for performing the first (since my recent ownership) upcoming maintenance on my 2022 Colorado LT, Ext Cab, 3.6L V6. OEM is PF2257G oil, A3195C air, and CF196 cabin air. Is OEM good enough, or are there "better" filters out there, and is the additional price of so-called "premium" filters worth paying over the AC Delco OEM? As for oil, how about Castrol 5W-30 full synthetic? That's what I currently have on the shelf as far as oil. Is Rock Auto a good "go-to" for purchasing the filters? Their pricing seems very attractive. Appreciate any comments/thoughts on the above, just trying to plan ahead a little. Just over 20K on her, at what point (mileage wise) does trans service make sense, and what specific trans fluid should I use?
