Hi guys.
I've had an issue with the rushing water sound on my Canyon since I bought it. Dealer said it was normal, but I think it is not. I asked them to fix it a little before Christmas and I'm waiting for them to give me an appointment.
But tonight I took the truck and while driving i realized that the engine temperature was not going up. It stayed a little above 75. It was going slowly higher when I was at a stop light, but then going back down on the highway.
When I was back home I looked at the coolant level and it was basically empty.
Are the rushing water sound and the fact that the coolant is low related?
Also I have to drive the truck tomorrow for something urgent (absolutely need the truck). It will be a 170 miles ride. Am I right saying that it is safe to fill the coolant and drive the truck? It is not overheating because it is winter.
Thanks for your help guys!
