So, you have a Trail Boss but the picture you've attached is of a GMC Canyon AT4X, so they're actually not quite the same. That said, there is this thread discussing retrofitting the bumper/bar - Safari Bar Retrofit | Chevy Colorado & GMC Canyon - and one of our vendors (@ChevyPartsPros) has put together a package that should contain everything needed for the retrofit, but you may want to reach out to them to confirm. In 23, the equivalent was the ZR2 Desert Boss more or less

 

That is the desert boss front bumper. Part number for the fascia plate is 87829216

The RPO code for the Desert Boss Bumper package is SD0.

 

I might be slightly biased, but the push bar from GM is one of the simplest and nicer bars out there.
If it didn't come with my truck, it would have been on my to do mods

 

There was a thread here recently regarding aftermarket front bumpers for the Trail boss. There was a aftermarket one posted up that actually looked really good. Might be worth a search.

 

My 2007 Silverado 5.3 just passed 331,000. Still my everyday vehicle. I bought my wife a 2024 canyon, she loves it.

 

Sounds like you have a great truck! I loved my Avalanche, but being a Michigan truck the rust under the panels was getting to be too much for the milage. I loved it though and sad to see it go.

 

I'm more old school I like the steel bumpers with winch mount. Like the ARB style.

 

I'm of the same camp, but things seemed to have changed.
Any add on bull bar or brush bar installed in front of a stock bumper was cosmetic, caused more damage and used for mounting lights.
