Which torque app shows temps and turbo psi
App is called Torque. There is a free version, and a Pro version that is $4.99. You could probably get away with the free version, but I found I liked the app and wanted to support the devs (Which is listed as "Ian Hawking" of the United Kingdom, if it matters to you what their country of origin is).

You create each layout. I could probably share my layout with you if you wanted those exact gauges, but they might be too small on a phone. None of them are custom Process IDs (PIDs) or anything; all selectable from the menu. I'm still not sure if that's corrected or uncorrected turbo boost, but I like watching it either way haha.

Oil pressure pid has to be programmed and configured. It's easily found with Google but I had o change the -17.5 to -20.8. It was reading 3.3 psi with engine off.
Oil pressure has not worked for me on torque with my diesel at all, so I will scroll through it on the DIC every once in awhile.
