for the harness you have to take it to the dealership . reason is that they have to reset the computer and add in the code for the new system to see the harness . if you have uhaul or you do it yourself you will get all kinds of errors. I tried to do it and ran into it and that is when I was told the part about the dealership has to install it. was a little pain but only cost me 50 for them to do it.

What kind of error codes did you get ?
I had u haul install mine , and before I got it installed had some codes come up, stopped by a dealer , they couldn’t find anything , then on way home after install had a lot of codes , has been in the Chevy dealership for 4 days now and they can figure out what’s going on with it , last time it had 110 codes pop up , just wondering is I should be having them look more into this , but like I said first set of codes came up before the install so not sure what’s going on nor does the dealer so far , there waiting to hear back from a engineer
