is anyone useing them with a 2 or 3 inch rear drop block setup and if so how is your ride now vers your stock shocks, im thinking about getting a pair and the price is pretty good from summit like $37.00 a piece
Up front i never changed anything on the set up i just slap in the 4203 springs call it a day.
in rear i do like the belltech leafs. Ride better than the stock ones for sure. belltech should talk to gm seriously. The ride is just so much better with these springs in the truck front or rear.
now if you go with 3 inch drop leafs you should run 3 inch shorter shocks because it does change shock position.
I noticed that when I slid under the car, I did like a bench press lift on the bed to test the shocks in an up and down movement LOL...and noticed that it seems like the stock shocks were way to soft cuz i'm not all the strong. I only have under 3000 miles on the truck. you guys should try this to see if your shocks are kinda soft as well. They might just be like that from the factory.
hey i was just on the summit racing page looking up the 7503 belltech shock
and on the info page it says for vehicles lowered 3 to 5 inches i'm looking for the doestech shock part number if anybody has it ?? :shock:
