Was at the dealer yesterday for service #1 and had the parts guy bring up all the parts for doing the conversion.

Here's the scans. Apparently the bumper beam is the same and the parts guy said the ZR2 support insert must be included or molded in because it wasn't a separate part showing.

I'm probably going to be doing this conversion since I was rear-ended and the insurance paid quite a bit for minor bumper damage. I'll be doing a tubular rear bumper also.

Interesting. Looks like you could order part #5 and not have to cut your WT/Z71 painted grill portions when you install an aftermarket bumper.


Pretty sure the crash bar is identical in all models.

I was wondering about that. Not doing an aftermarket bumper anytime soon, but those "wings" seem like they may be the way to go to not cut up the original bumper. But in one install (The ARB one, as Ive been most interested in that) has a bit more left on after cutting. But in the finished pics, it does'nt look like they can really be seen
