Even with my AVS shield, it was a heavy gage metal shard that dented the edge. Although the AVS did a great job of protecting, it would have been worse.

The rest of the story is I pulled over and helped the man, whos car kicked up that shard, change his tire. His whole side wall was shreaded. I didn't know it was him then, but I suspected it was the same shard.

I also have 9 window chips. three are cracked across the glass. mostly from 225.
This side of Houston is a location for two large container terminals and lots of smaller docks. On the smaller yards, Containers sit in lots with gravel beds. the rocks get in the frame holes then fall out under way. these 1" gravel stones are roundish and bounce high.

That could have ended alot worse. I just swapped over to a zr2 hood. It was a bitch to get the insert.

So, I have a hood good condition sitting in my shed. Only issue is you seem to be in Texas I'm in NJ. If you got a way to get it I'd let it go for 200 bucks.
