My truck is back at the dealer for bed liner and to have tie downs installed.

I know some of you have bull rings amd whatever. And this got me thinking.

Does weather leak past the ties and down inside the bed. Causing water accumulation causing cancer?

It drains out
There is no place to accumulate. For example look between the cab and the bed and you'll see.

I checked TruckMD real quick and it says yes, either cancer or normal.

I have 9x Bull Ring Tiedowns in my bed and no more or less water gets in/out of the holes than with the plastic plugs.

Weather doesn't get in. But on dirt roads some dust will leak through.
