Picked up Feb 2nd, Super Bowl Sunday. Grabbed it for just the right price and just the right time. American tonneau tri fold cover, iron cross hd steps, and a few red bow ties. Cc/sb/z71 4x4. Currently 3500 miles. In CT!!

Got ours yesterday. Took a trip to the Superstitions.

Does everyone have this thing on the sides of the truck just to front bottom of the truck bed? It looks like a giant sticker. For the most part it's invisible but as dirt builds around the edge of it it sticks out quite a bit. I assume it's for some missing upgrade or something.

Here is mine! This was from the dealership 9 days ago. I turned 400 miles on it today.

This week it is going in for some LineX and installation of a BakFlip VP tonneau cover. The rims may change at some point, but I'm outta money for a little while. >:)

LT/luxury, 2wd, dark ash/black interior, splash guards & side boards, v6/trailering, sliding rear window, nav/bose.

This morning I drove it up to the N.Ga. mountains.

So the protective film as you will obviously notice is on the front side of the rear wheel well. Its there so that when your front tires inevitably spit up rocks it deflects them from the paint and just hits the plastic trim. This was also on my 2011 Silverado, and I'm sure if you check out many other trucks they have it as well. It's essentially protecting the most damaged part of the truck from damaging it. (You would be surprised how many rocks hit that spot on a regular basis)
