Have you cleaned the Throttle Body? If not. . buy some CRC Throttle Body Cleaner. Cut up some lint free cloths, remove the air cleaner and duct to the throttle body opening, with the ignition off, carefully and slowly open the throttle plate and spray in small amounts of cleaner. You can prop the throttle plate open with a small piece of splinter free hard wood if you want.

Spray in cleaner, on the opening and especially the bottom side of the plate and below the plate opening. It will be worst in there. Sop up excess cleaner with lint free cloth scraps. Use a long tweezers, hemostats or similar to swab the cloths down inside the throttle body. Repeat until as clean as possible.
Also, you could run a 20 ounce jug of Techron Concentrate Fuel System Cleaner [not the Fuel Injection Cleaner] through a tank or two of gas. Run each tank down to 1/8 tank or so before refilling. After this whole procedure. . . bes to change the crank case oil to fresh new oil since combustion products will be present in the engine oil. Also, expect a hard start after using any TB cleaners. . .
