Service TPM

I bought a 2011 chevy colorado for my son and it has a service tpm message followed by a low tire. I took the truck to discount tire and they found a bad tire pressure sensor. I had it replaced... they retrained all sensors and they show to be working however I can not get the light to go off. I disconnected the battery and it reset the tpm system but it came back on only a block down the road. Any advice or experience with this issue?
