Running lights not working 08 Colorado

The three fuses for rear parking lamp, rear parking lamp 2, and front parking lamp are not getting any power. The relay should be good. I swapped it with another I was sure worked with no luck. With this issue, I can't drive at night.
Any ideas, folks?
