Tapping signal won't affect the speakers as long as you don't completely cut the wire. For remote you can go to the fuse box on the passenger side. There is a fuse that lets you decide if you want constant or keyed cig lighter plugs. Move the fuse to the top two. Attach a spade and fuse to remote wire (See picture). You can find a factory ground under the carpet in front of the passenger seat. I would suggest getting a line driver (Audicontrol LC2i) instead of a cheap LOC to fix bass roll off from the factory deck. If it were me i would go behind the deck for signal. there is room for the line driver and wires are easy to find.
