Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I have this kit already but haven't got around to installing it yet. If it was in fact discontinued, I'd like to know if it just didn't sell that well, there were problems with the installation or the kit itself.Curious why they discontinued to begin with??
Yeah, I sent Rick an email yesterday, he told me there just wasn't that many of them sold and because they were short handed, they did away with anything that wasn't selling well, and unfortunately these intercooler pipes and kits for the air box were part of that. He told me he wasn't sure if they would start making them again but if they did he would let me know.I spoke to profab on my own and they sort of, half way, sorta kind, potentially might be possibly interested in making a batch.
That was 2 weeks ago. Wtfk.
I think Sasquatch parts has a kit as well, but it reuses the factory pipes and just replaces all the hoses with custom made replacements, in 4 different colors I might add. They also charge almost $540.00 for the kit, which to me is a bit excessive.has anybody tried the CX racing intercooler pipes? Intercooler Kit GM Chevrolet GMC Canyon Chevrolet Colorado 2.8 Duramax
I wonder how much of a difference that giant intercooler would make on performance as well as how much air flow to the radiator would it prevent?has anybody tried the CX racing intercooler pipes? Intercooler Kit GM Chevrolet GMC Canyon Chevrolet Colorado 2.8 Duramax
