The pre-2006 stock plugs were crappy. Replace them with the new AC Delco Iridiums. They come stock on the 2006+ and are great.

The old ones are "crappy" in what manner? All I have read from guys changing them is "uhh well it seems to maybe idle a little smoother". If I just worked for an hour + changing plugs my mind is gonna want to think at least something changed as well......other than a lighter wallet.

The stock copper plugs ( or whatever pre-2006 had ) were horrible. Most of the electrode had plated onto the arm and the gap was all messed up.

The idle, fuel mileage, and power all improved once I switched over to the Iridium AC Delco.
