The jack is under the passengers seat sort of screwed to the floor, I also think there is something in that is under the plastic cover between the rear jump seats (assuming a extended cab like mine, not sure on the other types of cabs)
OK sorry I see CC now, crew cab, let me grab my manual, but the jack I am sure is under the passengers seat. Not sure what is in that box on my extended cab
Under the left rear seat on a CC, the jack is what is in the plastic box on my ext cab. I think under the right front seat is to let the spare tire down to the ground. I've never used it, never had to lower the spare out on the road, just in my garage so used regular tools.
thanks Gilly. not under the seat so I guess it is missing. add that to the list of junk yard stuff I need to find.
Manual just says to "reach under the rear seat" to get to the jack, also the metal wedges to chock the tires are there, I think the wheel wrench and tools to lower the spare are under the right front seat like my truck.
Ok nothing under the right front or left rear either? No prob, glad to help, my truck is a 2005 also, manual is the same.
Illustration in my paper manual is 5-71 showing the CC location, next couple pages after that explain how it works.
I would guess that the tools/jack from a std cab or ext cab would be identical in case you can find a CC in a boneyard.

Under the rear seat:

JACK & TOOL STOWAGE. Fits: CANYON, CANYON Crew Cab, CANYON EXT CAB, CANYON EXT LENGTH, COLORADO, COLORADO Base, COLORADO Crew Cab, COLORADO EXT CAB... | Nalley Buick GMC Brunswick

Handle and wrench under the front passenger seat.

This is how it fits together:

Look under the front passenger seat....you may see the hold down studs (and possibal a large plastic nut. If you see the hold down assembly an no padded leather pouches for the tools, then well there are no tools. :)

And just to say what's already been said....jack is under rear driver side seat in a plastic box.

The stud sticking up from the floor is located in the center (left to right) of the passenger front seat. I believe there is just the one stud. Too dark under the seat to snap a pic.

If you can't find what you need in the junk yard, there is a seller on Ebay. $100 for new, isn't too bad, if you add up the price of the pieces separately.
