Hi, I live in Western WA And a heavy equipment operator by trade. I recently down sized from a Super Duty that I was getting 15MPG at best. With the prices of fuel I wanted something smaller that’ll fit in the parking lots and garages in the city where I work. I live out in the country and wanted something that wasn’t going to kill me on fuel.
I just bought a 22 AT4 and joined to be educated on my truck. It’s the V6 VVT and I hope I get used to those Goodyear racket They make. Dealership put 40 psi in them and I dropped them to 35. Anyways I’ve owned 4 GMC’s before from a 92 dually with a 454 in it, A 04 Yukon XL, a 13 Sierra, and a 15 Denali HD. I’ve also had Chevys but I wont get into it right now. This is my first Canyon and I like it so far. It’s got plenty of power and a comfortable ride (aside from the noisy tires). A couple things I want to look into is LED low beam replacements, a tonneau cover, and a cold air intake. Maybe some Toyos down the road But that can wait. Anyways thanks for having me
